  3. Running the QuickTime slideshow movies provided:

  6. PC/WINDOWS:
  7.      To play the QuickTime movies:
  8.      Windows 3.1 and MSDOS 5.0.
  9.      A PC with an 80386SX or higher microprocessor
  10.      4 megabytes of RAM
  11.      VGA, Super VGA, XGA, or compatible color video graphics card
  12.      and color display.
  13.      256+ color display recommended.
  14.      
  15.      From DOS we have supplied a batch file to setup the player.
  16.      Type "movies" (Movies.BAT) at the root of this CD-ROM.
  17.      This starts windows, the player and opens the first movie.
  18.      You may choose to add your own windows icon:
  19.         path to player: \QT_FILES\PC\player.exe
  20.         working directory: \QT_FILES\PC
  21.      Playing the movies using the player:  Press the "play" button
  22.      in the lower left side of the plyer window to start playing the
  23.      movie.  (The "play" button looks like a small black left pointing
  24.      triangle.)
  25.      You can stop, restart, or open other movies using the player.
